The FDVA Awareness Survey is designed to gather feedback from Florida Veterans and their families about their awareness and use of state, federal, and local services that are available to them.
WHAT IS THE GOAL FOR THE SURVEY?
The goal for this survey is to evaluate the awareness of current FDVA and VA programs and services provided to Veterans and their families. Also, to ensure the voices of Veterans and their families guide future planning and improvements around the state of Florida.
