TALLAHASSEE – Gov. Rick Scott has declared the week of Sept. 9-15, 2018 as Florida Veteran Suicide Prevention Week. The Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs is partnering statewide with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Crisis Center of Tampa Bay in a campaign of awareness and prevention.
VA Medical Centers are taking the lead this week in hosting information fairs and other events to bring awareness to their local communities.
