Florida Legislative Update

The 2026 Florida Legislative Session is scheduled to begin Jan. 13, 2026, and conclude on March 13, 2026. There are several Interim Committee Weeks scheduled in Tallahassee for the Florida Senate and House of Representatives during the final three months of 2025.
